Star PGT7IA-120V Description
The Star PGT7IA-120V Pro-Max 2.0® panini press is fitted with two cast iron plates that enable ideal heat distribution. Although this construction heats up slower than aluminum alternatives, it retains heat in a more even manner and for longer periods. The exterior is made of stainless steel for durability and a clean appearance, while an ergonomic handle activates the performance torsion hinge, opening the unit and showing the grooved plates. The patten in these plates leaves grill marks on food, enhancing presentation and texture, and overall, the unit can produce heat from 175 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit.
