Star 8124RCBB Description
Equipped with durable cast iron burners and a stainless steel exterior, the Star 8124RCBB Ultra-Max® gas charbroiler has cool-to-the-touch metal control knobs for user safety. To streamline cleanup, this unit has a tapered splash guard that shields the counter from splatter, and as grease falls through the grates, its grease trough and large water pan catch and contain large amounts of grease. This Star 8124RCBB charbroiler has separate controls and 20,000 BTU of heating power for every 6 inches of width, so it provides consistent, regulated heating. Its uses steel alloy radiants to direct heat to the food on top, while the adjustable grates have an inclined and flat position.
