Star 8124RCBB Description
Controlled independently every 6 inches, the Star 8124RCBB Ultra-Max charbroiler's cast iron burners provide precise heat control across the broiling surface. Heat from the burners is absorbed by radiants and then directed onto the product. To suit different applications, the 6-inch grate sections are adjustable for flat or inclined cooking and can accommodate large capacities of product.
The bull-nose front design expands past the knobs to protect them from damage and separates the operator from hot components to reduce the risk of burns. Splash guards on this Star 8124RCBB charbroiler contain grease splatter and debris to the cooking surface. The unit has 4-inch legs that elevate it off the countertop, and they are adjustable to stabilize on uneven surfaces.
