Designed for operations with limited space, the Star 8036CBB Ultra-Max® gas charbroiler delivers full grilling capabilities in a 36-inch footprint. This model provides six individually controlled burners that each produce 20,000 BTU, offering reliable performance for kitchens, concession stands, and mobile food setups. Adjustable cast iron grates sit above a lava rock system, which absorbs heat from the liquid propane flame and radiates it evenly—enhancing flavor and minimizing cold spots during continuous service.
To support daily use, the Star 8036CBB Ultra-Max gas charbroiler includes a stainless steel exterior and welded steel frame for lasting durability. A 5-in. splash guard lines the back and sides to help contain grease, while a full-width drip pan and front trough streamline cleanup. Four stainless steel legs with 1 3⁄8-in. adjustment stabilize the unit on uneven surfaces. The recessed control panel protects heavy-duty knobs, and a stainless steel bullnose provides a clean, protective front edge.
