Star 8024CBB Description
At 24 inches wide, the Star 8024CBB Ultra-Max® gas charbroiler offers a compact grilling solution with full-featured performance. This model includes (4) 20,000 BTU burners with manual controls spaced every 6 inches for direct heat zoning. A lava rock system above the burners absorbs heat from the liquid propane flame and radiates it upward to enhance grilled flavor. Adjustable cast iron grates, a 5-inch splash guard, grease trough, and full-width drip pan support efficient and controlled operation.
To help maintain a safe and functional work area, the Star 8024CBB Ultra-Max gas charbroiler includes a recessed front panel with heavy-duty control knobs and a stainless steel bullnose to shield the operator from heat. Four 4-inch stainless steel legs with 1 3⁄8-in. adjustment keep the unit stable on uneven surfaces. Its compact size makes it suitable for kitchens with limited space, mobile food operations, or as a supplemental grill station where flexibility and efficiency are key.
