The Star 636TCHSF Star-Max® gas griddle is built for heavy-duty performance in commercial kitchens. With a cooking surface measuring 36 inches wide with a 1-inch-thick chrome griddle plate, this unit provides superior heat retention and distribution. It is equipped with three embedded modulating thermostats, each spaced every 12 inches, ensuring precise temperature control from 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Constructed with a welded steel frame and a stainless steel front, this griddle is supported by four adjustable legs for stability. Heavy-duty chrome-plated cast zinc knobs and a stainless steel wrap-around splash guard enhance durability and safety. The unit also includes a grease trough and a large stainless steel grease drawer for efficient cleanup.
