Equipped with a 36-inch griddle and four open burners, the Dukers DCR60-4B36GM gas range supports a range of cooking methods. Its heavy-duty stainless steel exterior provides durability and easy cleanup in demanding environments. The 12-inch by 12-inch cast iron grates are removable for cleaning, while the thick, 3/4-inch steel plate griddle creates a solid, even cooking surface. 6-inch locking casters enable staff to reposition the unit for maintenance or reconfiguration.
Designed with a dual-oven base, the Dukers DCR60-4B36GM range includes two enamel-lined cavities that accommodate varied baking tasks. The manual controls regulate temperatures between 175 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, while each oven includes two chrome racks and multiple-position guides to support flexible tray spacing. This unit is convertible for LP or natural gas service, adapting to different commercial kitchen setups.
