Dukers DCR36-6B Description
The Dukers DCR36-6B gas range includes a single standard oven and six open burners arranged across a compact 36-inch-wide frame. The unit's four 6-inch casters with a locking mechanism are mounted to the base, enabling movement for cleaning or maintenance. The 3/4-inch NPT rear gas connection and included regulator streamline installation. The full exterior is constructed of stainless steel to support demanding kitchen conditions.
The Dukers DCR36-6B 36-inch gas range includes an enamel-lined oven base that supports a temperature range of 175 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Inside the cavity, two chrome racks can be repositioned on multiple rack guides to suit varied baking configurations. Manual oven controls manage cooking temperatures directly. This configuration supports line cooking and baking within a smaller footprint, making it suitable for operations with space constraints but steady prep demands.
