The Scotsman UN324W-1 commercial undercounter ice maker produces as much as 340 pounds of nugget ice in 24 hours under ambient conditions—a soft and chewable ice optimal for blended beverages, such as smoothies and margaritas. This compact unit can store as much as 80 pounds of ice. Its 6-inch legs can be adjusted to level the ice maker on uneven floors, and for facilitated maintenance, this unit comes with a QR code that gives operators access to warranty history and service manuals. With its water-cooled configuration, the ice maker cools itself by pumping cool water near the condenser coils.
