This Scotsman UC2024MW-1 undercounter ice maker produces as much as 230 pounds of ice daily and its bin holds 80 pounds of ice. It produces cube-style ice, which is a slow-melting style often found in bars. The unit includes an ice scoop so operators can use it right away.
