The Scotsman SC10-A prefilter water filtration system is a coarse, single-cartridge system. It is ideal for using in restaurants where water contains a high amount of minerals and particulates. This water permeates through the prefilter to get rid of some dirt, rust, and sediment then filters through the primary filter. Since the water goes through the prefilter first, it can lengthen the life of your primary filter. The Scotsman SC10-A prefilter water filtration system is made to be used with cubers that are up to 650 pounds and flakers, nuggets, and nugget dispensers up to 1,200 pounds.
