The Scotsman NS0622AX-1/B322S Prodigy Plus® ice maker and bin combo produces and stores Original Chewable Ice®. This nugget-style ice is popular with customers for easy chewing and is great for soft drinks, water, or blending into smoothies and cocktails. To keep up with demand, this air-cooled machine makes 664 pounds of ice per day when air is 70 degrees Fahrenheit and water is 50 degrees Fahrenheit. For a cohesive appearance, the ice machine features a stainless steel finish, while the bin sports a metallic finish.
Because the NS0622AX-1/B322S ice maker is self-contained and the bin features a recessed drain, this unit can be installed in a variety of kitchens. To reduce maintenance, the ice machine is furnished with sealed bearings that are reliable and don't require greasing, while its auger and evaporator are made of durable stainless steel. Its one-touch cleaning system encourages regular sanitation, and its built-in antimicrobial protection slows the growth of harmful bacteria.
