The Scotsman MC0630SAX-1 Prodigy ELITE® ice machine with the B842S bin delivers up to 582 pounds of half-cube ice every 24 hours while providing 778 pounds of insulated ice storage for busy foodservice operations. Designed with an air-cooled, self-contained condenser, the unit pairs reliable ice production with the included AquaPatrol™ Plus water filtration system, which helps reduce scale buildup and improve water quality. Bluetooth® connectivity and ICELINQ® mobile app compatibility enable remote access to operating information, making it easier to monitor machine performance from compatible mobile devices.
The Scotsman MC0630SAX-1/B842S/AP2-P ice machine helps simplify routine maintenance with its WaterSense™ adjustable purge control, front-facing, removable air filters, and one-touch cleaning. The unit's AutoAlert™ indicator lights and preservation mode provide convenient diagnostic and service resources, while AgION™ antimicrobial protection helps maintain sanitary operation.
