A water dispenser provides a convenient place to fill up on tap water, and its storage bin has a 25-pound capacity to help the machine keep up with customer demand. The SmoothStream™ dispensing reduces splashing to maintain a tidy beverage station. Because the unit is sensor based, it provides hands-free dispensing to reduce contact areas and minimize germ spread. AquaArmor with AgION™—a silver-based antimicrobial compound that is applied to key ice dispenser parts—helps prevent bacteria, mold, and mildew growth on integral components.

This Scotsman HID525AX-1 countertop ice dispenser’s greaseless bearings don’t require service often, offering straightforward cleanup and maintenance. Its air filter is located on the outside of the unit and is removable for cleaning, while its front panels detach to provide fast access to internal components that need servicing. Service contractors can use the machine's unique QR code, which will connect them with a user’s manual and warranty information. Operators can provide software updates via a built-in USB port, and diagnostic LED lights alert users when service is necessary. When thorough cleaning is needed, the storage bin is fully removable.
