The Scotsman MC2148SR-3 half-cube ice machine head has an air-cooled design and produces a maximum of 1,965 pounds of ice per day. This unit should be used with a remote condenser, which is sold separately, so the condensing unit can be placed away from customers. It creates small cubes of ice that move through the unit into a separately-sold bin or dispenser using harvest assist technology. Keeping ice clean and fresh for consumption, this machine has WaterSense purge controls.
