The head of this Scotsman MC0630SWX-32/B842S/KBT29/AP2-P Prodigy Plus® commercial ice machine and bin has one-touch cleaning functionality, so users can focus their time and energy elsewhere in the kitchen. A stainless steel finish grants the head resilience, shielding it from rust. It uses WaterSense purge control to clear away scale buildup, improving performance. The air filter is at the front for efficiency. Compatible with Scotsman’s ICELINQ® mobile app, operators can easily access its machine dashboard and control options as well as a step-by-step intuitive cleaning.
For decreased stress on a busy shift, the Scotsman MC0630SWX-32/B842S/KBT29/AP2-P ice machine’s bin’s door can be opened and closed briskly. Polyurethane insulation in the bin ensures ice stays cold and does not melt. The maker includes an ice scoop and a built-in scoop holder that shields the ice batch from germ contamination. Polyethylene safeguards the interior and limits the effect of scoop scraping. This unit comes standard with the AP2-P water filter.
