The Scotsman MC0530SAX-1/HD30B-1 Prodigy ELITE® ice machine with iceValet® dispenser has an air-cooled condensing unit and a front-located air filter, enabling installation against other equipment and walls. Making 476 pounds of ice daily, this unit has a Harvest Assist feature that pushes ice into the bin to guarantee a consistent supply of ice. With AutoAlert™ lights, the unit's status is displayed for the user. The cleaning process begins with the touch of a button, and a WaterSense feature reduces scale buildup by adjusting incoming water quality. Designed to ease ice maker operation, cleaning, and servicing, Scotsman has a mobile app available for download. With this ICELINQ® app, operators can access the dashboard, change unit settings, and go through a step-by-step cleaning process.
The Scotsman MC0530SAX-1/HD30B-1 ice maker and dispenser can store 180 pounds of ice and has a metallic cabinet that resists corrosion. It is insulated with polyurethane foam to add strength and keep ice cold. Fitting almost any size ice bucket, this unit features a wide dispensing area. Its top panel is removable for cleaning and servicing, and a push chute supports self-service ice dispensing.
