The Scotsman MC0530MAX-1/HD30B-1/AP1-P Prodigy ELITE® ice machine has an air-cooled condenser and can make 476 pounds of ice daily. Its air filter is located on the front, providing better airflow and breathability than a filter located on the back or side. To keep the operators informed, the AutoAlert™ lights display the unit's status and indicate when maintenance is needed. For intuitive control over the ice maker, operators can download the ICELINQ® mobile app. With this technology, users can check the machine dashboard, adjust the ice-making controls, and walk through a step-by-step guided cleaning process. A Harvest Assist feature pushes ice into the bin to ensure a constant supply, and water quality is adjusted by the WaterSense feature to minimize scale buildup. To begin the cleaning process, the operator only needs to push a button. This machine is protected with antimicrobial technology to keep ice sanitary between cleanings.
The Scotsman MC0530MAX-1/HD30B-1/AP1-P iceValet® ice dispenser can store 180 pounds of ice and has a metallic cabinet that resists corrosion and scratches. It is insulated with polyurethane foam, which adds strength and preserves ice for hours. A push chute is built in for quick ice dispensing in self-serve applications. Its wide dispensing area can accommodate different sizes of ice buckets. When accessing internal components for maintenance, the top panel can be removed quickly. The AP1-P water filter is included with the unit.
