The Scotsman MC0530MWX-1/HD30B-1/AP1-P Prodigy ELITE® ice machine and iceValet® dispenser has a stainless steel exterior that resists dents and scratches. Producing 507 pounds of ice daily, this unit’s Harvest Assist feature pushes ice into the bin to ensure a consistent supply. Its operating status is displayed by AutoAlert™ indicator lights. With the push of a button, the cleaning cycle activates, and a built-in antimicrobial sanitizes the unit between cleanings. Its WaterSense feature monitors and corrects water quality to reduce scale buildup. Scotsman’s ICELINQ® mobile app connects the operator to the machine dashboard and controls as well as a step-by-step guided cleaning process.
The Scotsman MC0530MWX-1/HD30B-1/AP1-P ice maker and dispenser has a metallic cabinet that resists corrosion. Its dispenser is insulated with polyurethane foam to keep ice cold for hours. To support self-serve applications, a push chute dispenses ice into a wide dispensing area that fits different ice buckets. It has a 180-pound ice storage capacity and a removable top panel for cleaning and servicing. The AP1-P water filter is included with this unit.
