The Scotsman MC0522SW-1/B530S/KBT27/AP1-P half-cube ice maker with bin removes impurities from the ice using WaterSense adjustable purge control, ensuring it's fresh and tasty when it's time to serve. The machine produces 480 pounds of ice per day in ideal conditions, and harvest assist guides ice into the 536-pound bin. For sanitary storing, the bin is lined with polyethylene, and an included scoop enables users to grab ice without touching it. After retrieving ice, the scoop can be kept in the built-in holder.
To resist corrosion, the Scotsman MC0522SW-1/B530S/KBT27/AP1-P ice machine with bin is finished with stainless steel. Several aspects of the unit are displayed on the front panel and illuminated by AutoAlert™ indictor lights to inform users of the current status. As this ice machine can be paired with Scotsman’s ICELINQ® mobile app, operators have convenient access to the machine’s dashboard information, harvest and purge controls, and guided cleaning process. To maintain and clean the unit, the air filter can be accessed from the front and it has one-touch cleaning capabilities to reduce manual labor. This unit includes the AP1-P water filter.
