The Scotsman MC0330MAX-1/HD30B-1/AP1-P Prodigy ELITE® ice machine and iceValet® dispenser has a corrosion-resistant metallic cabinet. The ice machine has a self-contained, air-cooled refrigeration system with a filter on the front of the unit, providing better air circulation than a filter located on the side or back. It can make 365 pounds of ice daily and its front panel can be removed to access internal components. One-touch cleaning minimizes the need for constant service and monitoring, and a built-in antimicrobial keeps the unit free of scale between cleanings.

The Harvest Assist feature guides ice into the bin using gas and a probe, ensuring a constant supply of ice. The WaterSense feature reduces scale buildup by correcting the water quality. To keep the user informed, the AutoAlert™ indicator lights notify staff when the unit needs descaling, cleaning, and other maintenance needs. The QR code on the front of the unit provides instant access to service and warranty information. Designed to ease ice maker operation, cleaning, and servicing, Scotsman has a mobile app available for download. With this ICELINQ® app, operators can access dashboard information, update unit settings, and go through a step-by-step cleaning process.

The Scotsman MC0330MAX-1/HD30B-1/AP1-P ice dispenser has a 180-pound storage capacity and a polyurethane insulation foamed between the walls and liner to preserve ice for long periods. It has a push chute that efficiently dispenses ice and a wide dispensing area to accommodate almost any size hotel ice bucket. The top panel can be removed to clean the bin without removing the ice head. The AP1-P water filter is included with the unit.
