The Scotsman MC0322SAX-1/HD22B-1/AP1-P Prodigy ELITE® ice cube machine and iceValet® dispenser have a stainless steel exterior with a corrosion-resistant metallic finish. With a front-located air filter, the ice cube machine has a self-contained, air-cooled refrigeration system. It can make 362 pounds of ice every 24 hours and has a Harvest Assist feature that uses a probe and hot gas to guide ice into the bin. Users can receive technical service and warranty information with the QR code on the front of the unit, while the WaterSense purge control adjusts water quality to decrease scale buildup. The AP1-P water filter is included with this unit.
The Scotsman MC0322SAX-1/HD22B-1/AP1-P ice dispenser has a large, open dispensing area that can fit almost any size hotel ice bucket and a push chute for dispensing. Foamed between the wall and liner, polyurethane insulation adds structure and retains cold air. The removable top panel lets users clean the bin without removing the ice machine head, and the dispenser has a 120-pound storage capacity. Operators can use Scotsman’s ICELINQ® mobile app to connect to the machine’s dashboard and controls and walk through a step-by-step cleaning guide.
