Intended for use in specifically designed steam table settings, the Hatco HWBRT-4QT drop-in heated well measures 8 17⁄50 inches in diameter by 10 31⁄50 inches high and can be dropped into a countertop cutout ranging from 7 1⁄8 to 7 9⁄16 inches in diameter for sleek presentation alongside various equipment. Its control panel is connected to 36-inch-long lead cords that enable remote installation into a 2 1⁄8-inch-wide by 3 3⁄8-inch-high cutout. This aluminized and stainless steel unit resists corroding, denting, bending, and warping to preserve its original look and is simple to wipe clean between uses.
The Hatco HWBRT-4QT heated soup warmer's metal-sheathed heating element produces enough heat to keep 4 quarts of prepared soup, broth, or sauce warm for hours. Its correlating thermostatic control enables users to set and adjust temperatures as contents change, and its thermostat monitors real-time product temperatures and increases or decreases temperatures as needed to ensure they remain within a safe range. For user safety, the control panel includes a power rocker switch that glows when the unit is on.
