Hatco HWBRN-7QTD Description
For operators designing a specific steam table or buffet line layout, the Hatco HWBRN-7QTD drop-in circular heated well is a fabricator component. This top-mounted unit measures 10 5⁄16 inches in diameter by 9 3⁄5 inches high and can be installed into a countertop cutout ranging from 9 1⁄8 to 9 9⁄16 inches in diameter. To simplify setup, it includes EZ locking hardware. Its stainless and aluminized steel construction resists corrosion and wear, and to simplify end-of-day cleaning after use, it's equipped with a 3⁄4-inch NPT drain.
The Hatco HWBRN-7QTD uninsulated soup warmer features an infinite control with a pilot light that enables users to set and adjust temperatures as menus change. Its metal-sheathed heating element produces even heat that warms contents until they're ready to be served. Operators can quickly access the open conduit and control box for maintenance, and to accommodate user needs, this 2 3⁄4-inch-wide by 4-inch-high control is connected to 36-inch-long lead cords that enable remote installation.
