It's constructed of stainless steel—an easy-to-clean, corrosion-resistant metal well suited to commercial use. As a fabricator component, it's designed for installation in a steam table setup with simple-to-use EZ locking hardware. This unit requires a circular cutout in a non-combustible countertop measuring between 9 1⁄8 and 9 9⁄16 inches in diameter.
