Hatco HWBHRT-7QT Description
With a 7-quart capacity, the Hatco HWBHRT-7QT soup warmer can be used for broths, soups, and sauces, and as a fabricator component, it's designed for drop-in installation in a steam table configuration. To simplify installation, it features EZ locking hardware. This unit can be placed in a circular non-combustible countertop cutout between 9 1⁄8 and 9 9⁄16 inches in diameter and measures 10 5⁄16 inches in diameter by 9 3⁄5 inches high overall.
To withstand high-volume use, the Hatco HWBHRT-7QT heated well is made of stainless steel; this metal is durable, simple to clean, and rust and corrosion resistant. It features thermostatic controls for precise temperature adjustments and an on/off switch that's lighted so operators can quickly discern the power status. This unit is ideal for hotel lobbies, buffet-style restaurants, university cafeterias, and medical facilities.
