Hatco HWBH-11QTD Description
To maximize heating, this Hatco HWBH-11QTD drop-in heated well is an 800-watt model, meaning it consumes more power than Hatco's standard-watt well. This 11-quart unit features a remote thermostat to adjust the metal-sheathed heating element to accommodate various holding needs for soup, chili, and stew. Operators can preset temperatures, and this system will self-adjust the heat as needed, eliminating the need for constant management. For simple startup, a power rocker switch turns the unit on and off, and it illuminates when it's in use.
This aluminized and stainless steel Hatco HWBH-11QTD heated well can be used with wet and dry applications, and it resists rust, corrosion, and daily wear to preserve its original look. For a streamlined appearance that's compatible with back-of-house and front-of-house settings, this 12 5⁄16-inch-diameter by 9 59⁄100-inch-high system can be installed into a circular or square countertop cutout, and included EZ locking hardware secures it in place. Its large, flat-screen drain simplifies cleaning residue from the well while ensuring the pans remain level.
