Hatco HDW-3BN Description
For holding prepared meat, vegetables, and rolls at safe serving temperatures, this Hatco HDW-3BN built-in drawer warmer includes three thermostatically controlled drawers that can be adjusted to specific holding requirements. Each drawer has a control panel with a thermostatic control, temperature monitor, and power switch, and their vent slides can be adjusted to manage moisture levels and airflow. To preserve generated heat and save energy in cool settings, the drawers' tops, sides, and bases are insulated.
The Hatco HDW-3BN drawer warmer's drawers are furnished with stainless steel slides and nylon rollers that enable smooth opening and closing and the full extension needed to accommodate a 20 3⁄4-inch by 12 3⁄4-inch by 6-inch food pan. Together, the drawers accommodate three standard 6-inch-deep food pans, which are included with this unit. Ideal for compact kitchens, this narrow model measures 20 29⁄50 inches wide by 29 4⁄25 inches deep by 31 3⁄20 inches high and can be installed into a 19 7⁄10-inch-wide by 28 3⁄8-inch-deep by 30 3⁄4-inch-high wall cutout. With a stainless steel exterior, interior, and assembly, this unit resists rust, corrosion, and high-volume use.
