Hatco HDW-3BN Description
For keeping prepared foods warm before serving, this Hatco HDW-3BN drawer warmer is divided into three drawers with individual thermostatic controls. Temperature monitors provide an accurate temperature readout, while each drawer's top, sides, and base are insulated to retain heat—even in cool settings. To improve air circulation and manage moisture levels, users can modify each drawer's adjustable side vents. In total, these drawers accommodate three standard 6-inch-deep food pans, which are included with this unit.
Because the Hatco HDW-3BN warming drawer unit is a narrow model, it measures 2029/50 inches wide by 294/25 inches deep by 313/20 inches high. This unit can be installed into a 19.70-inch-wide by 28.38-inch-deep by 303/4-inch-high wall cutout to save floorspace. Its stainless steel exterior, interior, drawer slides, and assembly resist rust and corrosion and can simply be wiped clean. For smooth opening and closing, each drawer is furnished with nylon rollers that enable operators to pull the drawers out fully for pan loading and retrieval.
