Hatco GRBW-48 Description
Versatile enough for temporary or permanent use in self-service stations, this Hatco GRBW-48 countertop buffet warmer is a compact, 49-inch-wide by 22.60-inch-deep by 20.75-inch-high unit that accommodates three full-size food pans. Its clear anodized aluminum finish introduces a sleek look compatible with minimalist or decorative settings, and this material is simple to wipe clean between applications. Its buffet-style configuration includes two clear plexiglass sneeze guards to protect dishes from airborne particulates. Four top-mounted incandescent lights highlight displayed pans, and their shatterproof structures protect against bulb breakage for food safety.
For short-term holding of prepared dishes, the Hatco GRBW-48 buffet warmer generates consistent heat from its top and base. Due to the unit's open design, most heat loss occurs near the holding surface's outer edges. The prefocused infrared top-mounted heating system moves heat toward this area to reduce temperature fluctuations. For controlled holding as menus change, operators can adjust the hard-coated heated base's temperatures between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit with the unit's thermostat.
