Hatco FSHC-6W1Hatco (042) Description
The Hatco FSHC-6W1 half-height insulated heated cabinet has one glass door that promotes visibility of product inside. It's built with large swivel casters that lock for stabilization while product is retrieved and loaded. This unit has a water reservoir to provide humidity, and its humidity and temperature levels are thermostatically controlled. A digital display on the front of the unit provides a readout of the temperature for employees to monitor.
To help conserve energy and prevent heat loss, the Hatco FSHC-6W1 mobile heated cabinet has an insulated design. It's made of stainless steel—a resilient material that withstands common wear and tear such as rusting, corroding, warping, and denting. The six removable pan slides can be adjusted in 1.5-inch or 3-inch increments and can accommodate six 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans or six 2⁄1 Gastronorm pans.
