Hatco FR2-6B Description
Equipped with electronic controls, the Hatco FR2-6B food rethermalizer heater can be adjusted from 140 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit to provide temperature-controlled water to a top-mounted bain marie or food rethermalizer. Users can monitor the temperature with a digital display, and for heating and holding foods, the unit utilizes free-flow technology. The spiral heating element is wrapped around the flow tube's exterior to prevent direct water contact, and when levels get too low, the unit shuts off automatically.
The Hatco FR2-6B bain marie heater is simple to clean with a drain outlet that removes excess water after use. Designed to withstand heavy-duty use, its front is made of resilient stainless steel, and its body is powder coated to reduce fire risk and resist peeling and flaking over time. Overall, it measures 73/4 inches wide by 171/16 inches deep by 129/25 inches high.
