Adjustable from 75 degrees Fahrenheit to 195 degrees Fahrenheit on its electronic temperature controller, the unit can support a wide variety of operations, such as preparing foods, serving hot drinks, or creating mixtures for cleaning solutions. Overall, it has a 12-gallon capacity.

The Hatco AWD-12 low-volume hot water dispenser’s stainless steel tank empties with a drain located at the bottom of the unit, simplifying leftover water removal to ensure sanitary conditions. Its front-located shelf can be removed to pour water into bigger containers for versatility. Its warm red and white granite powder-coated body is resilient against chips and scratches, and the unit is supported by 4-inch legs for countertop placement.
