To ensure dishes can be sanitized manually, this Hatco 3CS2-3 Hydro-Heater sanitizing sink heater uses free-flow technology to circulate rinse water between 180 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit into a sink's holding vessel. The flow tube's external heating elements help reduce sediment and lime buildup, maintaining efficiency over time. To streamline operation, an electronic controller maintains at least 180-degree-Fahrenheit water temperature, and a digital temperature display provides a large readout so operators can ensure rinse water temperature falls within safety standards. When water levels drop, a low-water cut-off system prevents the unit from operating, reducing the risk of heater damage.

This Hatco 3CS2-3 sanitizing sink heater measures 7.75 inches wide by 17¹/₁₆ inches deep by 12⁹/₂₅ inches high and can be installed into a sink area measuring 15 inches wide by 15 inches deep at most. This unit includes the necessary internal plumbing and wiring for external installation to the base of a three- or four-compartment sink, a pot and pan sink, or a bar sink. For lasting rigidity, its body is powder coated, and its stainless steel front resists rust and corrosion. A convenient drain with clean-out caps eliminates debris effectively to maintain a clean reservoir. For efficient heating, this heater should be used with incoming water with no more than 3 grains of hardness per gallon.
