The Victorinox 5.4233.25-X3 slicer knife’s wavy edge is designed to glide through crusty surfaces and soft interiors. Built with a 10-inch-long by 1 1⁄4-inch-wide blade, it’s shaped with a round tip to support long slicing motions.
