Great long lasting knife. Good price.
It is a good knife. I have a set I was given when I took a culinary class in college and I still use them years later. This knife is perfect for butchering. This is what I purchased it for.
The only fillet knife you'll ever need
In My opinion, this is the best fillet knife I have ever bought, with the Victorinox 12 inch strait butcher coming in a close 2nd. Flexy thin blades suck.
awesome knife
love this product, I use it for meat cutting in a grocery store. I already have a 12" but it was too big for alot of things...this 10" works perfectly. super sharp and I only trust Victorinox.
