With its semi-flexible, narrow blade, the Victorinox - Swiss Army 5.6203.15-X1 (47519) boning knife can be used to create simple cuts of poultry and fish. This 6-inch-long straight blade is constructed of high-carbon steel—a metal that's harder than stainless steel yet simpler to sharpen. In order for users to cut through meat with precision, its Fibrox® nylon handle provides a secure, slip-resistant grip. This handle is black to fit in with common kitchen utensils.
