Victorinox 5.4723.36 Description
Designed to deliver clean, uniform cuts, the Victorinox 5.4723.36 slicer knife is equipped with a 14-inch stainless steel blade featuring a Granton edge that helps minimize friction and reduce food clinging. The blade is stamped and measures 1 ⅘ inches wide at the handle, offering added surface control during slicing. Its rounded tip enhances handling when portioning meats or large roasts. The black Fibrox® Pro handle is constructed of slip-resistant TPE and shaped for ergonomic use, even in busy kitchens. Measuring 19 ⅖ inches overall, this knife is dishwasher safe for convenient cleaning between uses.
