Victorinox 5.6103.15 Description
Ideal for slicing through tough cuts of pork and beef, the Victorinox - Swiss Army 5.6103.15 (40615) boning knife is 6 inches long and features a straight, stiff blade with a pointed tip. Its nonslip Fibrox® Pro handle provides a secure grip while operators remove meat from the bone. To withstand high-volume use, the blade's high-carbon steel construction maintains a sharp edge; it can be resharpened quickly when necessary.

Great value!
I bought this knife at a trade show and had to have another. KaTom offered the knife at an excellent price and their service and delivery were great. The knife has a nonslip Fibrox handle and feels good in the hand. It has enough blade stiffness to cut beef steaks and turkey easily.

Do a lot of butchering / cutting up meat . The knife keeps sharp along time. Very easy to handle.
