The Victorinox - Swiss Army 5.6503.15 boning knife is equipped with a 6-inch blade. The strong carbon steel blade doesn't wear down over time and features a curved design for precise carving. Because of the blade's stiff structure, it's useful for separating tough meats, such as pork and beef, from their bones for consumption.
