I was a meat cutter for 40 years i have cut with all brands of knife but victorinox knives is my choice top of line boys they just don t get no better i am retired now but have over 100 of all lkinds of victorinox knives if your looking for a knife that will do the job with ease try one you will never regreat it love mine will never part with even one thanks
Victorinox Swiss Army Butcher Knife
Have been using Victorinox knifes with the nylon handle for a long time. They are excellent knifes and hold their sharpness real well. Bought the 14" curve cimiter with Rosewood handle to match a set of Japanese knives with the western Rosewood handles that I own as well. This is an excellent knife to cut large cuts of meat and good for chicken as well. I highly recommend the knife if your looking to use it at home or as a professional butcher. Will not find this high quality knifes for the excellent price they have.
