The Edlund VC-500 ADJ DISC VariCut 1 speed continuous feed food processor includes a 7-in-1 adjustable blade and more than 30 compatible cartridges. Processing up to 500 pounds per hour, this unit maximizes slicing versatility with minimal disruption. Designed with performance and safety in mind, this processor uses a direct eject system with a side-discharge chute to streamline operation. The unit's sealed switches protect internal components, while interlocking parts and an auto blade brake add layers of protection. Its removable parts and included paddle simplify cleanup.
