Edlund EDV-1PB (10100) Description
Able to be mounted on prep stations, the Edlund EDV-1PB Edvantage™ #1® manual can opener locks onto the tops of tables with its plated base. Designed to keep cans in position during lid removal, the base is chrome plated, ensuring a rigid surface that can endure wear over time. Edvancoat™ technology is implemented throughout the mechanism to improve durability, increasing the unit's lifespan for long-term use. The four-sided knife design is structured to withstand back-to-back use, which reduces part replacement costs and disassembly frequency. To prevent operator fatigue, the can opener sports a large, ergonomic knob that can be used comfortably for several cans. When it needs to be disassembled for part replacement or general cleaning, it can be taken apart without tools.
