Edlund E-160 Description
Designed for high-volume portioning, the Edlund E-160 digital portion scale can be read quickly and reduces kitchen costs by measuring ingredients accurately in either grams or ounces. The result displays clearly on the LCD screen, which also indicates when the battery level is low. To weigh something in a container, users must push the automatic tare button after adding the container, returning it to zero before products are placed. Since the plastic case is high-impact resilient, it resists breaking if dropped. The platform is made of stainless steel and can be removed for cleaning.
