Edlund ARC!-136 Description
The Edlund ARC!-136 ARC!™ fruit and vegetable slicer creates 3⁄16-inch cuts through a manual, two-handed slicing motion. Its front-loading layout can be positioned over half-size or full-size pans up to 4 inches high to collect prepared ingredients. For cleaning access, the unit features a removable stainless steel blade cartridge and a dedicated cartridge wash guard.
