Delfield F2952CP 52" Chef Base w/ (2) Drawers - 115v

The Delfield F2952CP chef base holds four 12-inch by 20-inch by 4-inch hotel pans in a stainless steel drawer system. Even without grease, the Delrin® track rollers glide smoothly to ensure consistent operation. The tracks are designed to hold tightly to the gaskets, so drawers stay closed. For convenient cleaning, the drawer gaskets are magnetic and simple to remove. Product in the drawer system stays cold between 36 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit.

Made of stainless steel, the top on the Delfield F2952CP low-profile chef base is durable and corrosion resistant. A full-perimeter marine edge keeps messes off the floor for simple cleaning. The top corners are welded to a smooth finish, further simplifying cleaning. Four six-inch casters support unit mobility and it can be mounted to a wall with the included bracket.
