Driven by electronic controls and R290 refrigerant, the Delfield 18691BUCMP three-section worktop refrigerator's right-mounted system stores food between 36 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Dense polyurethane insulation and magnetic gaskets reinforce the cabinet against cold-air escape, while 6-inch casters facilitate fast transport. Measuring 91 inches wide by 31 1⁄2 inches deep by 36 inches high, its stainless steel structure integrates a 19-inch door and two 27-inch doors with recessed handles to maintain a flush front profile. ABS interior ends resist scuffs from loaded pans, and three epoxy-coated wire shelves arrange backup ingredients below the counter.
