Eurodib M30ETL Description
The Eurodib M30ETL planetary mixer is great for emulsifying, kneading, and mixing at three speed settings. It is ideal for mixing cake batter, making frosting, or whipping egg whites. The mixer's bowl, hook, beater, and whip are made of stainless steel for durability and high-volume use. These parts, along with the cast aluminum mixer, are easy to clean after use. This unit is not intended for use with pizza or bread dough and must be turned off before changing speeds.
