MoTak MGW-HT30-DP Description
Constructed of 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel, the MoTak MGW-HT30-DP high-temp glasswasher is designed for intensive back-of-house applications. It washes 30 baskets per hour using a rapid 2-minute wash cycle, and it includes two 16-inch square baskets, a saucer insert, and two cutlery containers to organize various wares. Supported by built-in wash and rinse thermometers, a thermocontrol device ensures rinse water reaches set temperatures between 179 and 194 degrees Fahrenheit.
The MoTak MGW-HT30-DP glasswasher’s dual wash arms provide full-coverage cleaning, while a door-opening safety device and security thermostat protect internal components. A detachable control panel offers quick entry to core systems for minimal downtime. To streamline operation, the 18 1⁄8-inch-wide by 20-inch-deep by 30 3⁄4-inch-high machine dispenses rinse aid automatically, empties wastewater through a pump drain, and refills the wash tank without user intervention.
