MoTak MGW-HT30 Description
Constructed of stainless steel, the MoTak MGW-HT30 high-temperature glasswasher is corrosion resistant and can support high-volume applications. This unit comes with two glass racks, two flatware containers, and one saucer insert to keep items organized and in place during the wash cycle. Ideal for stemware, it can accommodate glass as tall as 11 13⁄16 inches.
Monitored by built-in thermometers, the rinse water temperature ranges from 179 to 194 degrees Fahrenheit, and the Thermocontrol feature ensures sanitary temperatures are reached each time. This MoTak MGW-HT30 high-temperature glasswasher can wash 30 racks in an hour with two-minute cycles. Since this unit has a gravity drain instead of a drain pump, it should be elevated on a table or stand to avoid flooding.

Very frustrating to own a dishwasher that uses a non-standar
This dishwasher is fast and, when it's working properly, it does a good job. However, there are two major issues that are important to consider, especially for a business. First, it loses temperature very quickly. For a commercial operation, this is a serious concern due to health department requirements. On multiple occasions, it failed to reach the required temperature, and I had to hire a technician to address the issue. Second, because this unit is a special size, it's very difficult to find dish racks that fit properly. Replacement racks are not easily available. If I could offer one piece of advice: avoid purchasing dishwashers with special or non-standard sizes. A full-size commercial dishwasher will save you time, money, and frustration in the long run.
